Employee benefits, provisions and allowances survey
The purpose of the survey is to research the civil servants benefits of selected countries and compare it with Mongolia. The Government Human Resources Department of the Cabinet Secretariat of the Government of Mongolia is intending to renew the civil servants benefits program. The results of the research will provide some insight into the civil servants benefits of selected countries and will be used in the introduction section of the civil servants benefits program draft.
