Congratulations to Dr. Pan Suk Kim, ACSH Steering Committee's Member, on receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award by 4 Public Administration Associations in the Asian Region

Professor Emeritus Dr. Pan Suk Kim, was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his contributions to the development of public administration in the Asian region at a joint international conference co-hosted by four academic societies in the Asian region: the Asian Association for Public Administration (AAPA), the Asian Group for Public Administration (AGPA) under the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS), the Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration (EROPA), and the Indonesian Association for Public Administration (IAPA). Dr. Pan Suk Kim is Professor Emeritus of Public Administration at the Yonsei University, member of the ACSH Steering Committee, member of the International Civil Service Commission of the United Nations, International Director of the American Society for Public Administration.
