Congratulations to ACSH Steering Committee Member Dr. Pan Suk Kim on being honored by ASPA

The American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) held its 2026 Annual Conference in Hollywood, California, on March 22, 2026. During the ASPA International Assembly held at the event, Professor Pan Suk Kim (Professor Emeritus, Yonsei University and Member of the ACSH Steering Committee) delivered a presentation titled "ASPA's Role in an Interconnected World: Connections and Opportunities." On this occasion, ASPA President John Bartle and ASPA Executive Director William Shields presented Professor Kim with a plaque of appreciation in recognition of his six years of service as an ASPA International Director. Professor Kim was elected as an International Director in the ASPA elections held in the spring of 2020 and served for a total of six years - spanning two three-year terms - until the spring of 2026.
