The 12th issue of the International Journal of Civil Service Reform and Practice has been published
The latest version of the International Journal of Civil Service Reform and Practice (JCSRP) published by the Astana Civil Service Hub is now available for reading.
This edition opens with the article on the Agenda-Setting Government Resilience Framework, examining agenda-setting interactions in the case of economic diversification in Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic by introducing a concept of government resilience.
Another paper on the Analysis of Farmers' Digital Applications (Apps) for Availing Agriculture-Related Information Services evaluates the online application newly introduced in Bangladesh from the Time, Cost and Visit (TCV) perspective.
The issue is also enriched by a review on the recently published book titled “Public Service Excellence in the 21st Century”, edited by Alikhan Baimenov and Panos Liverakos.
