Signed an agreement for cooperation on training of diplomats

March 19, 2015 Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Mr. Yerlan Idrissov, Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Regional Hub in the Civil Service in Astana – Mr. A.M. Baimenov and Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the RK – Mr. Bolatbek Abdrassilov signed an agreement for cooperation on training of diplomats.

The mission of the Regional Hub is to assist the governments of the participating states of the Hub for the civil service excellence. In this regard, the Regional hub holds trainings, seminars and other activities to improve the skills of government workers of member states of the Regional Hub.

The agreement provides, as requested by the Kazakhstan MFA, grants to diplomatic officials of member countries of the Regional Hub for training at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan on the International Relations masters’ program.
To date, there are more than 30 countries and 5 international organizations participating in the Regional Hub.
